We are not constrained to a particular methodology and are willing accept that there can be many ways to create success. **About the role** We are currently seeking an Maintenance Supervisor to join our Asset Management division. This will be a hands-on position reporting directly to the Field Service Manager and your primary responsibilities is to assist the Site Manager to ensure the safe, efficient, cost effective and profitable management of the site production activities associated with the operations. You will be the key driver traveling across all of our sites to encompass daily and safe operation of the maintenance workshop facilities, whilst maintaining the Field Management System ensuring all records, shift reporting, roster activities meet the business requirements. For the Maintenance Supervisor position it does require regular site travel on a 8/6 roster arrangement. **In this position you will**: - Managing and coordinating the supervision of the maintenance duties and inspections - Responsible for the security, safe and efficient use and condition of all workshop facilities including tool/ parts stores and yards - Maintain respectful, effective, cohesive and reciprocal working relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external to MRL to ensure responsibilities, targets and results are successfully achieved. - Ensuring safe, efficient use or operation and compliant condition of tools and equipment and mechanical aids - Maintaining compliance with the appropriate vehicle licenses, high risk tickets - Compliant processing, dissemination and record keeping of deliverables, such as work orders, timesheets and Roster, job planning sheets and warranty claim forms. - Ensure equipment condition is monitored and maintained to a high standard **Necessary skills and qualifications**: - Trade Certification - Heavy Diesel Mechanical and Light Vehicle Is required - 5-10 years’ experience in the mining or resources industry - Extensive knowledge of large and ancillary mining equipment. - Competent with the timing and resource provision for planning and scheduling functions of industry standard asset maintenance principles in a mining environment. - Extensive knowledge and understanding of Asset Management principles and standards. - Knowledge of legislative requirements for Classified Plant is desirable. - Analytical and problem solving skills. - Good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask independently - Excellent time management and work planning skills - Robust team leadership qualities. - Excellent HSEQ awareness and leadership. **Flexibility and job security** MinRes employee’s value job security.
