**About the Role**:
The **Bid and Tender Manager** will take charge of overseeing all tendering activities, ensuring a seamless process from inception to submission. Collaborating with our Executive Leadership Team, you will leverage your expertise in bid management to strengthen CBC's competitive positioning in the market.

You will work across our business units, supporting the identification, preparation, and submission of tenders to win new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Scope of Role**:

- Manage and oversee tender submissions, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to identify, assess, and convert business opportunities
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless tender processes
- Source and negotiate with subcontractors to secure favourable terms aligned with company protocols
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and service delivery partnerships
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and client needs to develop competitive tenders
- Develop and implement a clear tender strategy to support the company's business growth
- Provide detailed reporting and insights to the Executive Leadership Team on tender progress and outcomes

**About You**:

- Proven experience in bid and tender management, with a track record of success in winning contracts
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Background in Facilities Management or Construction is highly desirable
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet conflicting deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling proposals tailored to client needs
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and respond effectively to complex tender requirements
- High-level negotiation and influencing skills
- Adaptability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational involvement
