**About this role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bid Administrator to work with bid managers and bid directors, as well as SMEs in your geography to support work winning activities. You will also work alongside members of the Pursuits & Bidding team in the development of bids, pitches, and other materials. With access to a global community of Bid champions, you will collaborate with and learn from other minds.

**What will I do?**
- Setting up tender folders and administrative needs on tenders
- Schedule meetings and coordinate:

- Bid Go / No Go
- Contract reviews
- Bid reviews
- Bid support:

- Standard input and tender forms
- Source background information
- Source CVs
- Format, compile and finalise response documents
- Compliance checks
- Post-bid activities (filing, PJN closeout, feedback upload etc)
- CRM data entry under direction of LBL / GTM Geography Lead

**What will I bring?**
- Can schedule and coordinate bid progress to achieve a quality product by deadline.
- Is seen as accessible and approachable to others looking for help or information.
- Understands team needs and pre-empts requirements.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and motivated - is positive and energised in performing this job, has a keen understanding of the value and contribution of the role.
- Ability to handle high pressure times - will advise when assistance is required.
