We're seeking a passionate Insights Lead to join our dynamic team in the heart of the CBD. As an Insights Lead, you'll be the influence behind our world-class analytics capability. You'll wield data like a wizard, providing invaluable insights that power better decisions and turbocharge our speed to market for groundbreaking products. From identifying new customer opportunities to crafting compelling data narratives for senior stakeholders, your contributions will be instrumental in navigating the ever-evolving energy landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

- Using your analytical ability to extract meaningful insights and drive optimal margin and market share outcomes.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to solve complex business problems and unleash the potential of our analytics ecosystem.
- Create dazzling data visualisations, dashboards and reports that illuminate the path forward for our executive team.
- Champion data governance and quality initiatives that set the stage for future analytics triumphs.

**What will you bring?**

With exceptional demonstrated and relevant experience and a degree in analytics or a related field, you're more than just a data enthusiast Your expertise in SQL, Tableau reporting, and business intelligence will be the fuel that powers our insights engine. But it's not just about technical skills - your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and forge meaningful stakeholder relationships and excellent communication skills will set you apart from the pack.

Desirable requirements
- Experience with analytics activities such as customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, churn & retention, value stream optimisation, and time-series forecasting.
- Exposure to a diverse range of industries/roles and responsibilities is viewed favourably.
- Experience at a manager level across consulting or banking will be considered desirable.
