**How will I help?**

As the Customer Change Enterprise & Privacy Go To Market Lead, you will be driving the definition and implementation of the Consumer Business Bank and Group Privacy programme within the Digital space.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Bringing domain knowledge and expertise in relation to Privacy legislation and understanding implementation of legislation into digital environments including the management of customer consent
- Owning the digital business requirement gathering (user story) creation and elaboration responsibility on behalf of Digital and in consultation with both the Consumer and Business bank privacy programme
- Implementing legislative and policy changes into Digital across multiple horizons and multiple teams.
- Collaborating with Digital to understand current state and definition of future state for Privacy and Consent
- Ensuring that stakeholders are informed of the status of requirements and the scope of programme of work

**What do I need?**
- 10+ years in programme management with either direct or indirect team leadership experience
- 5+ year compliance experience with an interest in Privacy
- The ability to develop, plan and organise activities to achieve agreed outcomes, identifying potential risks and planning appropriate mitigation strategies, across interdependent plans
- The ability to coach and lead collaborative work practices across both direct and indirect reports; role model collaborative techniques in large workshops to drive outcomes
- The ability to coach individuals and groups to demonstrate personal accountability for both outcomes and corrective actions where obligations have not been met
