Gemini Pinkenba is one of the largest modern accident repair workshops in Queensland, with 33 staff and a team culture that includes everyone. Flexible work hours are available, including 4-day weeks. The shop is fitted out with modern equipment including pulling racks, Car-O-Liner speed benches, and a fully functional in-house mechanical workshop. The site is conveniently located 5 minutes from the M1 and 12 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Manager to join the team at Gemini Pinkenba.

Monday to Friday, permanent position.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of quality parts, ensuring efficient cycle times and site profitability.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Receive list of parts needed
- Unpack and check parts arriving on site
- Deliver parts to the vehicle being repaired
- Organise awaiting parts and credits
- Keep the computer system up to date
- Order parts via parts management/ordering system
- Enter parts invoices accurately into quoting/management system
- Be aware of parts ETA and possible delays
- Procure parts to ensure profitability
- Manage stock including credit notes, parts and goods returned
- Upon parts arrival record job number and store in the appropriate area

**Does this sound like you?**
- Have a strong knowledge of cars and car parts from an automotive environment (dealership, collision or similar)
- Excellent customer service skills including building rapport with customers and work providers
- Competent knowledge of computers/systems
- Be able to work autonomously
- Have Full Australian working rights
