The role

Areas of responsibility- Drive periodical performance management processes for all regional logistics functions, including periodical review of system parameters.- Identify Key Performance Indicators and analyze trends. Support the Logistics Operations Manager with follow up where performance deficiencies require- Complete financial and non-financial forecasts and set KPI targets within Finance and Logistics Management team deadlines.- Create and maintain an infrastructure to manage continuous improvement projects.- Act as a support for Logistics Engineers and other operational functions to execute projects.- Ensure warehouse compliance with all key processes is regularly audited.- Analyse and report financial performance and highlight any risks.
