- You will integrate as a key member of our dynamic Parts Service Team at our Pinkenba Branch. You will develop strong internal / external customer relationships, and you will ensure their needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.- Build strong relationships with customers
- Through excellent customer relationship management, you will drive sales growth of Scania parts
- Developing an understanding of individual customer product and service needs
- Be part of the shift towards a sustainable transport future

**Who you are**
- Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes;- You are passionate and enjoy providing solutions and service advice to customers
- Provide strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
- Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
- Previous experience in a parts/warehouse role (automotive industry preferred)
