**The role & team**
- You will be responsible for field based operations activity to support the growth plans for our Audiology business in NSW. You will play a pivotal role in opening new Audiology businesses and driving close and effective working relationships with our existing Audiology Partners (franchisee’s), ultimately allowing them to develop business plans to support their store performance and support the future growth of their businesses.
- As Audiology Relationship Manager, you will also be responsible for the following:
- Building key relationships with Audiology Partners, allowing them to develop appropriate business plans while also providing operational support to stores, supporting the implementation of strategies and developing and implementing local plans to facilitate our ambitious growth plan.
- Developing growth strategies with Partners to be the number one Audiology provider in their local area, ensuring they are up to date with competitor activity and feeding back local competitor information.
- Supporting the recruitment, induction, onboarding and development of Audiology Partners (franchisee’s) to open new businesses in the State growing our Audiology footprint.
- Facilitating two-way communications between Specsavers Pty Ltd and Partners, attempting to resolve issues.
- Supporting the relationship building between our Optical partnerships and Audiology partnerships.
- Visiting stores as required, ensuring the implementation of key strategies.
- Supporting your region to share best practice and pay forward in a collaborative way.
**About You**
Reporting to the Director of Audiology Retail, you will ideally possess some of the following skills and experience:
- Franchising experience, working in a multisite franchising environment responsible for either business performance, growing the business or rolling out new franchises;
- Experience in operations or a consultative field-based role in a company that provides private healthcare services;
- A strong understanding in a retail or consulting and franchising environment;
- Experience managing multiple projects in a large company with multiple stakeholders, using strong negotiation and influencing skills with a customer service focus;
- Experience in implementing successful change initiatives in large and complex environments;
- Experience using mediation techniques to facilitate business discussions or negotiations will be highly advantageous.
