As an experienced Audiologist, you will take on the challenge of leading our team and developing best-in-class training strategies that elevate our clients' satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement impactful training programs that align with our business objectives.
  • Coordinate and motivate the Audiology Training Team to achieve their full potential.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of our training initiatives.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive induction programs for new team members.
  • Oversee the deployment of cutting-edge training methodologies across our organization.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to review feedback and areas for improvement.
  • Develop, update, and manage LMS e-learning modules.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Audiologist.
  • Training experience is advantageous.
  • A strong passion for training and delivering outstanding results.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and the ability to create engaging storyboards.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and design tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and achieve results from team members.
