Audiology Training Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Audiology Training Lead. This role is responsible for ensuring that our audiology team receives the best possible training, which will drive performance and customer satisfaction.

About The Role

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in audiology.">
  • Training experience is advantageous, but not essential.">
  • We are looking for someone with a passion for training and service excellence.">
  • The candidate should have knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to develop creative storyboards.">
  • They should be confident in creating and presenting material face-to-face or online.">
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and design software is required.">
  • The ideal candidate will be able to negotiate and communicate effectively with different individuals and stakeholder groups.">
  • They should display initiative and be open to new ideas and suggestions.">
  • We are looking for a motivator who can achieve the best from their people.">
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills are essential.">
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills are required.">
  • The candidate should be able to travel occasionally.">
