As the Audiology - Business Manager for VIC and SA, you will be responsible for all Sales and Training activities across multiple brands - Bernafon, Philips and Private Label in these territories.
- The role is full time 5 days per week and the role must be located in Melbourne (home based role).**Responsibilities**
- Act as an Audiology - Business Manager for Victoria and South Australia, across multiple brands - Bernafon, Philips, Private Label
- Planning and realisation of customer contacts and visits within the sales territory
- Converting sales opportunities
- Clinical and Technical training and assistance to customer database
- Establishing new customer contacts within the sales territory
- Establishing sales budget for the relevant sales territory
- Participation in the development of marketing strategies
- Updating product knowledge through internal training seminars and independently
- Use CRM for client management
- Participation at conferences and trade shows as and when required

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Fully Qualified Audiologist with a minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/rehab within the hearing care Industry
- Experience in sales of consumer goods preferably in the Audiological and/or medical field
- High level of computer literacy including the use of: NOAH, hearing aid fitting software, Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook etc
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- A high degree of organisation and ability to deliver to set deadlines
- Ability to be self-driven and focused and work well on tasks alone, as well as being able to work as part of a team
- Able to work outside normal working hours to ensure that timely deadlines are met
