Audiology Training Lead

About the Role
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Audiology professionals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and coach the Audiology Training Team in developing and delivering high-quality training content.
  • Deliver strategic plans to achieve sustainability targets and training hours across various Academy Pillars.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) e-learning modules.
  • Cultivate coaching and mentoring skills to support Trainers in handling sensitive matters and resolving staff training issues.
  • Maintain a high level of clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Audiologist.
  • Advantageous to have prior training experience.
  • Passion for training and service excellence.
  • Familiarity with LMS and ability to create engaging storyboards.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to support team members.
  • Ability to travel for training and development purposes.
