Audiology Partnership Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join an existing audiology business with a Joint Venture Partner and expand audiology services within the community.

The stores have a Part-Time Audiologist and two Part-Time Audiology Assistants serving customers, providing a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Earn rewards for your efforts while maintaining high-quality customer care.
  • Be part of a team that prioritizes people and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in a comprehensive 2.5-week induction covering clinical standards and business management.
  • Benefit from full support in business and administration from the support office.
  • Guaranteed salary between $100,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation, plus quarterly profit sharing once the business is profitable, and future value of shares upon retirement.
  • Enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave plus birthday leave.
Requirements
  • Hold or be eligible for a qualified practitioner number with a relevant professional body.
  • At least two years of clinical experience post-qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build strategic relationships.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively to achieve business goals.
  • A passion for improving the industry through clinical excellence and valuable products.
