**The role**
The UNDONE is looking for an exceptional and experienced E-commerce Coordinator to join our head office team based in Surry Hills, Sydney.
As a key role in our E-commerce team, you’ll be reporting directly to the Head of E-commerce in an exciting growth phase of the business. This is a role that suits someone who wants to put their skills into action, grow their career and gain valuable experience in an evolving business.
The E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of The UNDONE’s online store, including order fulfilment, customer-satisfaction, online merchandising, product pages and stock control.
You will be passionate about E-commerce, bring experience and knowledge, and thrive in a small team environment with lots of opportunities to implement and explore.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Daily site maintenance, product uploads and launches
- Build out product pages and collections with strong SEO, brand voice, cross promotional and conversion techniques
- Online user experience and merchandising backed by sales data and key seasonal KPIs
- Weekly, monthly and seasonal trade reporting
- CRM, ensuring customers and their experience with The UNDONE are always of the highest standard.
- Returns analysis and minimisation strategies
- Competitor and market pricing analysis
- Coordinating and fulfilling daily order dispatch, ensuring all orders are meeting and surpassing customer expectations, a crucial part in our customers experience.
- Warehouse inventory and logistics management
- Product management and seasonal tracking reports, communicating with suppliers re: shipping windows
- Quality control, coordinate timely and accurate QC checks on all incoming stock and managing RA process with suppliers
- Build positive, friendly and professional relationships with our suppliers
- Administrative office tasks, preparing product for shoots and PR opportunities, keeping warehouse tidy and organised
- Manage E-commerce Assistant
Please note that this is a hands-on role that includes occasional heavy lifting of stock, and is physically located in our Sydney office. Although we’re a business that offers a strong work life balance, this role cannot be executed remotely.
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years E-commerce experience with demonstrable results
- Experience working with with Shopify is desirable
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage, mentor and inspire
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Strong initiative
- Professional with excellent communication skills
- Reporting to: Head of E-commerce
