**Key Responsibilities**

l **Strategic Development**: Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies focused on iron ore exports to meet and exceed revenue targets.

l **Leadership and Team Management**: Inspire and lead a dedicated team to ensure high performance and productivity.

l **Digital Marketing**: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media management, SEO optimization, and online advertising to enhance our brand's online presence in the iron ore market.

l **Client Relations**: Identify and nurture relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and international trade agencies to foster loyalty and growth in the iron ore export sector.

l **Market Intelligence**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt strategies for continued success in iron ore exports.

l **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive export process and maximize revenue opportunities.

l **Sales strategies**: Planning and executing sales events and develop and implement pricing strategies to drive revenue growth in the iron ore market.

l **Performance Reporting**: Prepare and present insightful reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.

**Experience & Skills**

l Diploma or higher

l Minimum 5 years’ experience sales and marketing management

l Experience within the Iron Ore industry or related fields is desirable

l Familiar with the Asian market, particular with China clientele / market

l Bilingual proficiency, fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)

l Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

l Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team building and talent development

l Ability to manage multiple projects and summarize complex information for senior executives

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adelaide, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (required)
- Sales and marketing: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
