Hays is assisting a State Government Department who is seeking an Instructional Design Facilitator to join the team until 30 June with potential for a further extension.

**Your new role**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Consulting with finance team representatives to access existing materials, understand the needs/problems to solve, liaise on content and progress
- Sitting with and collaborating with the L&D team to ensure align with department learning resources
- Reviewing and redesigning sessions with the view to increase consistency, having a contemporary look and feel aligned with learning resources and an improved participant experience.

- Relationship Management
- Instructional Design experience
- Business Acumen
- An understanding of finance, budgeting, reporting
- Facilitation
