Instructional Designer job in a Big 4 bank for a 6 month contract.

**Your new company**
Your new company is a Big 4 bank that offers a flexible hybrid working environment. You will work with an established team of learning designers to help revamp induction learning programs.

**Your new role**
Your new role will support a lead Learning Designer and focus on designing e-learning induction programs. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Redesign the induction program for a specific business unit
- Find creative solutions for designing e-learning modules to ensure audience engagement
- Creation of videos and simulations

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in Articulate Storyline
- Demonstrated experience in e-learning design roles

**What you'll get in return**
In return for this role you will receive a daily rate of $750 + super. You will receive a 6 month contract and work in a flexible environment with hybrid working arrangements.
