We are looking for detail-oriented Booking and Admin Coordinator to join our team in helping to continue to set the benchmark in the travel industry.
**THE ROLE**
- Manage booking shore excursion process and systems
- Manage client bookings & relationships
- Coordinate and book services with suppliers
- Inventory & procurement management
- Cost management
- Coordinate with and provide support to the operations team
- Create passenger documentation
- General administration support for the Product team
**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Excellent product and destination knowledge
- High Attention to detail
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent Excel understanding
- Team orientated
