About the Role

As our
Learning & Development Coordinator
, you'll play a key role in shaping how our people learn, grow and deliver the best care possible. This is your chance to bring ideas to life, support engaging programs, and make a genuine impact across our organisation.

Every day will be different, but your work will include:

  • Coordinating the learning programs that inspire and develop our people
  • Organising training sessions for our trainers - both face-to face and online
  • Reporting on learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement
  • Working closely with external training providers and subject matter experts to deliver specialised programs
  • Coordinating schedules, bookings, communications and events to keep programs running smoothly
  • Managing queries from our centralised L&D mailbox

Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Human Resources (or related field)
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly regarded)
