About the Role
As our
Learning & Development Coordinator
, you'll play a key role in shaping how our people learn, grow and deliver the best care possible. This is your chance to bring ideas to life, support engaging programs, and make a genuine impact across our organisation.
Every day will be different, but your work will include:
- Coordinating the learning programs that inspire and develop our people
- Organising training sessions for our trainers - both face-to face and online
- Reporting on learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement
- Working closely with external training providers and subject matter experts to deliver specialised programs
- Coordinating schedules, bookings, communications and events to keep programs running smoothly
- Managing queries from our centralised L&D mailbox
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and ready to make a difference. You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams
- Confidence to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical thinking to interpret training data and suggest improvements
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas
Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Human Resources (or related field)
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly regarded)
