**About the Role**

As our **Learning & Development Coordinator**, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our people learn, grow and deliver the best care possible. This is your chance to bring ideas to life, support engaging programs, and make a genuine impact across our organisation.

What you’ll be doing
Every day will be different, but your work will include:

- Helping design, coordinate and review learning programs that inspire and develop our people
- Supporting the delivery of engaging training sessions - face-to-face and online
- Tracking and reporting on learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinating schedules, bookings, communications and events to keep programs running smoothly
- Being the go-to person for the L&D team - managing queries and our centralised L&D mailbox

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and ready to make a difference. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams
- Confidence to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical thinking to interpret training data and suggest improvements
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Human Resources (or related field)
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly regarded)
