We are now **hiring a National Sales Manager** to lead our sales operations across Australia and join us on this exciting journey of challenges and growth.

**About the Role**

The National Sales Manager will oversee our national sales strategy, leading a growing team to drive expansion, build customer relationships, and deliver consistent, sustainable results. This position requires strong leadership, hands-on agricultural knowledge, and a deep commitment to supporting the local farming community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor and motivate the regional sales team
- Expand and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors
- Identify new market opportunities and oversee their development
- Represent Australand at agricultural events, conferences, and field days
- Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Collaborate closely with logistics, marketing and procurement teams
- Support product development and ensure customer satisfaction

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **5 years of experience in agricultural sales or related field**:

- Proven **leadership** and team management experience
- Strong understanding of **fertilisers, irrigation, crop protection**, or farm supply products
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and passion for agriculture
- Ability to travel as required across Australia
- Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus
- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
