**The position**

We invite you to become a part of our HR Team at Sunrise Christian School, where your exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and initiative will shine. In this role, you’ll engage in a variety of tasks, including the preparation of HR documentation and recruitment administration.

You’ll benefit from comprehensive on-the-job training, giving you the confidence and skills needed to excel. While experience or studies in human resources are a plus, they are not a requirement.

Enjoy a competitive pay rate at the School Assistants Grade 3 level, as outlined in our Enterprise Agreement 2022. You’ll be working from our convenient Kings Park Corporate Services office.

**To be successful**

We seek a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship who can demonstrate:

- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possession of a current Working With Children Check and a National Police Check, or be willing to obtain these.
- Completion of Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse & Neglect in Education & Care (RRHAN-EC) training, Protective Practices training, or be willing to complete these upon commencement.
