CLIENT RELATIONSHIP ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a vibrant, reliable person to join our team
- Professional practice in Southwest Sydney with a large team of psychologists and a supportive team environment.
- The position is part time casual (3-4 days per week) to commence with view to increase hours.
- Hourly rate is based on skills and experience.

The Role
- Provide a superior level of customer service attending the front desk - including checking in clients, answering phone calls, making appointments, invoicing and receiving payments.
- General administrative tasks including typing, filing, scanning, faxing, confirming appointments, preparing written correspondence.
- Calling clients.
- Efficient and accurate management of all client data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence and accounts with an emphasis on confidentiality.
- Accounts receivable
- Other duties as directed by the Practice Manager and Principal Psychologist.
- Previous experience as a medical/allied health receptionist.
- Previous experience working with Coreplus software will be highly regarded or a similar system.
- Have a sound knowledge of Medicare.
- A professional and articulate manner, and a warm, compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.
- Initiative and a pro-active attitude, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- A problem solver who can think outside the square.
- Excellent people skills to relate well to clients, staff and other health care professionals.
- Flexibility to be able to provide additional coverage for sick and annual leave.
- Enjoy working in a team environment and wanting to commit to long term employment.
