Reporting to and working with our Practice Manager, you will be our front of house representative, it will be paramount that you can deliver a customer focused service where relationships and rapport are developed and nurtured. There is also the expectation that you will utilise effective time management skills and enthusiasm to prioritise and coordinate all administration tasks.

Customer Service
- Receive inbound calls and redirect accordingly
- Make outbound calls to clients
- Scheduling appointments and setting up meeting rooms
- Provide timely follow-up to client with outstanding documents
- Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
- Maintain knowledge of services provided and system knowledge
- Debtor collection

Office Duties
- Coordination of Client lodgements
- Coordinate front of house
- Administration support to our team and other duties as required by management
- Collecting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain professional office presentation
- Banking and processing client payments
- Binding and scanning as required
- System updates as required

Essential
- Previous experience in administration
- Exceptional communication skills
- Initiative and positive attitude are key
- Sound skills in Office, CRM & Internet
- Accurate and timely data entry skills
- Professional corporate presentation
- Strong organisation skills
- High attention to detail

You will be expected to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm at our new professional offices located in Liverpool.

**Salary**: $51,170.14 - $71,264.87 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 3 years (required)
