**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Administration Officer to join our team in a Part Time capacity. As an Administration team member, you'll be a key link between service design and delivery. This role is crucial in facilitating services under the NDIS and ensures that our participants receive the support they need to thrive. You'll play a significant role in coordinating support workers, managing schedules, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

**The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm**, with a rotating on-call schedule on weekends and public holidays.

This Part-Time role guarantees a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, with potential for progression into a Full-Time position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prompt and efficient response to inquiries, including call-ins, incidents, and emergencies.
- Liaising with pertinent stakeholders to promptly address and resolve issues.
- Foster relationships with participants, families, and external resources.
- Maintaining precise documentation of all tasks and communications.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in employee induction, training, and compliance checks.
- Available for on-call administrative duties as required, and to provide client support in the field when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or disability support setting (logistics also looked upon favorably).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially when responding to emergencies.
- Knowledge of the NDIS or related disability support services is desirable but not essential.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or Cert III in Disability Support, Operations Management, or Business Administration preferred.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and Working With Children Check.
- Current Australian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- First Aid and CPR.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
