**Your new company**

An exciting contract opportunity within the Victorian State Government for an experienced Project Manager to contribute to a major upgrade of the Project Management Framework. Your department is a key manager of Victoria’s public estate and directly manage multi-billion dollar investment portfolio, comprising various categories of public land, environment and facilities.

**Your new role**

The Project Administrator (Coordinator) plays an important role in the successful delivery of ICT projects by ensuring effective operation of the program/project to support effective governance, control and audit requirements. The project administrator successfully manages the project control and administration documentation for the two priority strategic programs in the Project Delivery, Change and Communications branch. These programs are the Common Technology Platforms and the Cyber Security Programs.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in ICT projects coordination environment is highly desirable
- Experience working on ICT projects with a variety of project delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Iterative and Waterfall will be highly regarded
- Project Delivery - Executes work tasks against plan; where plans are not defined, prioritises tasks in line with the urgency and impact of tasks; Utilises approved task management tools; Maintains accurate project records.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving - Seeks resolution of problems through policy or process guidelines; Otherwise seeks guidance by providing information and ideas relevant towards resolution of problem. Understands concepts enabling improvements in critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Working Collaboratively - Cooperates and works well with others in pursuit of team goals; Share information and acknowledge others’ efforts; Step in to help others where required.
