This role will be responsible for managing project deliverables, financial, risks/reporting and driving projects to completion within strict timeframes. The ICT Project Lead will also be responsible for the establishment and management of an LHA Project Management Office (PMO).

The Victorian Government established Labour Hire Licensing Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria. LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with _Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 _(Vic) (Act).

**About the role**

Reporting to the Director Information, Communications and Technology (ICT), the ICT Project Lead will work closely with the ICT team, senior management and staff to project manage multiple ICT projects concurrently across LHA.

This role will be responsible for managing project deliverables, financial, risks/reporting and driving projects to completion within strict timeframes. The ICT Project Lead will also be responsible for the establishment and management of an LHA Project Management Office (PMO).

You must have demonstrated experience managing multiple ICT Projects at the same time and have worked in a large complex government agency. Experience across ICT Infrastructure projects is also required. You must have the ability to build, engage and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.

This role has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.

- Effective communicator and listener, be able to build and maintain good relationships with our stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
