I am seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for my client in Melbourne to take up a 3 months contract with a view of extension.

**Your day at NTT**
- 3 years’ experience in an ICT project coordination capacity.
- Extensive experience in MS Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Hands-on experience required in managing finance/forecast and delivering projects to approved budget.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and practices, including project reporting using common tools. Experience with Zeno, or Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and work with autonomy.

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Maintain relationships with large range of stakeholders, projects teams and vendors.
- Formal project management methodology experience required - either Agile or Waterfall.
- Experience in reviewing financial transactions to identify inaccuracies and anomalies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
