**The role and what we're looking for**:
We're looking for a skilled Learning professional to join our People and Culture team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and facilitation of a range of learning solutions, whilst overseeing our Learning and Development Specialists.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Implementing our organisational competency framework, ensuring that it progresses in line with strategic objectives.
- Providing expert training advice and support to the organisation with the consideration of changing training needs and measuring the quality of training delivered to constantly improve.
- Partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to understand development needs and providing creative solutions.
- Designing, building, and implementing training processes, and focusing on continually improving these processes.
- Managing the learning resources to provide evolving year-round training and ensuring learning and development perspectives are represented in various projects/initiatives happening within the organisation.
- Demonstrated business partnering capabilities with prior experience in leading end to end learning solutions in a complex environment
- Expert facilitation skills with the confidence to engage and build relationships with team members and executives
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and coordinate across competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to influence and challenge key stakeholders where required to achieve desired results
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Training, or a similar field is desirable
