We are seeking a Head of Teaching and Learning to join us at our Pakenham Campus for 2026.
The Head of Teaching and Learning Middle School will demonstrate outstanding leadership and knowledge of contemporary learning, teaching, curriculum design, evidence of learning and reporting. As a leader of people, this role effectively engages staff to coordinate all elements needed for high-quality facilitation of learning, instruction, curriculum, evidence of learning and reporting.
The successful applicant must thrive on working as part of a dynamic team of dedicated professionals who are committed to fostering excellence in their students.
- This is a full time, ongoing position
- Commencing 22 January 2026
- This position is at our Pakenham Campus
- Teacher salaries ranging from $83,913 to $124,480
- On top of your teacher salary, this position receives an annual allowance of $12,967
- 16 periods per cycle time release allocation
- This position requires a current VIT registration
- 2 day dedicated new staff induction - rated 4.7 out of 5 stars by our 2025 new teacher intake
- All new teachers are assigned a mentor and invited to participate in our mentor program
