This is a of a kind opportunity to assist a well known brand with IT Desktor Support, IT Projects and some system adminitration.

A growing and sucessful brand, with a national presence, the IT team is looking for assistance from a IT Professional keen to make an impact

With a progressive technical environment, laid back and friendl staff, this is an opportunity where your skills will be valued and appreciated

Initally a 3 month contract, day to day aspects of the role include the following:

- Desktop support, primarily Windows 10 Pro with small number of OSX devices.
- Remotely supporting retail stores across Australia.
- Maintain various hardware equipment, including desktop, laptop, mobile/tablet, and POS hardware (barcode scanners, docket printers etc), printers, networking equipment (switches & routers).
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Some Windows Server 2008/2012 support and maintenance
- Hands on Active Directory

This is an on-site position, and is ideal ifyou are able to work within Sydney's Northern Beaches - with parking or a short walk to Pubclic Transport

There will be some project work, and IT support or adminsitration experience within the Retail sector would be well regarded.

Excelly communication skills are imprerrative, and an abilility to work well with a friednly and supportive team

Ideally you are able to commence within the next few weeks
