The Store Replenishment Leader is responsible for ensuring our stock, and consumables are picked, packed and dispatched to our network of stores across Australia and New Zealand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with the Stock Team to forward-plan forecasted replenishments
- Using Excel to confirm collect allocations of stock on hand in the warehouse, and confirming requirements for store replenishments
- Communicating to team Retail any delayed deliveries or inability to supply replenishments
- Supporting stock transfers locally, travelling to local stores for deliveries and collections
- Monitoring warehouse stock levels of consumables and placing orders from the China warehouse to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Ad hoc warehouse support - receiving and processing orders, packing orders into post satchel, sorting sealed parcels, operating machinery, etc.

**Profile**:
You will be experienced team leader, with a passion for providing coaching and development of team members. Your experience working in a warehouse environment will be essential and well as working with transport management systems. You will be an excellent communicator, as well as highly organised. You are accountable for your results and enjoy a fast paced environment.
