Inventory Coordinator - Lorna Jane HQ (Brisbane)

We are on the lookout for two detail-driven Inventory Coordinators to join our passionate Merchandise Performance & Strategy team at our Brisbane HQ. 1 x FT 38 hrs, 1 x PT 20 hrs (flexible days/hours). Both roles require a 7:00am start.
These roles support stock planning, replenishment, allocation, and event builds ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, helping us deliver an exceptional experience to every customer, every time
What you’ll do
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across all stores — ensuring availability without overstocking.
- Action replenishment and allocations, including new product launches, reinjections, and seasonal builds.
- Support merchandise builds for new store openings, events, and campaigns.
- Flag and resolve potential stock issues such as imbalances, warehouse shortages, or overstocks.
- Maintain accurate replenishment tools and system benchmarks for SKU and store data.
- Generate reports and insights to support planning and performance.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandise Performance & Strategy Analysts and cross-functional partners to execute our merchandise strategy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that optimise inventory flow and accuracy.

What you’ll bring
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, formulas, and data validation (required).
- Experience in stock, inventory, or merchandise coordination (required). Experience in retail or fashion industry experience (highly regarded).
- A strong attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- Outstanding organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a very fast-paced environment.
