About the Role

Based in our bustling Brisbane DFO store, this Assistant Store Manager role is all about leading from the front. You'll motivate a fast-paced, high-volume team, deliver standout customer experiences, and maintain visual and operational excellence. From day-to-day operations and team development to driving sales performance, this hands-on role is full of variety. Ideal for a retail leader who thrives under pressure, loves a busy environment, and takes pride in team success.

You're an energetic leader with solid retail management experience, known for inspiring and bringing people together. Calm under pressure and solutions-focused, you bring a mix of warmth and professionalism to every shift. With clear, motivating communication, you know how to drive results while keeping the shop floor buzzing and the back-end running smoothly.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven success in managing a high-volume retail store or large team
  • Strong results focus, with experience meeting KPIs and sales targets
  • Skilled in visual merchandising and stock flow coordination
  • Confident in coaching teams, rostering, and wage control
  • Passionate about retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially savvy
