**Description**:
Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs mean that as a business we are continuously growing. As a result, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team based at our facility in Banyo, reporting to the National Media Manager.

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:
Create and deployment of 1-2-1 digital campaigns across eDM, MMS, SMS & social media
Coordinating packaging artwork development and printing
Budget tracking & campaign reporting
General support for the broader marketing team across a variety of projects, including native social media, invoicing and campaign extension tactics

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience/skills:
Strong understanding of 1-2-1 customer communication and digital advertising knowledge
High attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly informed and up to date regarding the latest digital trends, with a keen eye for detail and a growth mindset
Proactively identify and develop solutions with any issues
Clear and effective communication skills
Juggle multiple tasks at once without sacrificing quality
A team player who is always willing to collaborate with others to achieve common business goals.
