Role Details & Who We Are

ReAqua is part of the family-owned business group Australian Irrigation Investments (Aii). ReAqua is the exclusive distributor of Lorentz Solar Pumps for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Our German designed products are world renowned and aligned with our goal of delivering industry leading, sustainable solutions to the wider pumping industry.

Our focus is solving the customers problems. We take pride in our craft and the environment that we work within. We are straight talkers and give a stuff about what we do, how we do it and who we work with.

We have recently established a new facility in Brisbane, and as such are looking to recruit an additional Dealer and Product Support (DPS) team member.  You will be responsible for providing internal sales & technical support to our national dealer network.

This role is offered on a permanent basis and is located within our newly established warehouse facility located at Banyo, on the northside of Brisbane. Flexible arrangements are available for the right candidate. There are occasional requirements to travel to other locations and opportunities for the right candidate to attend customer and industry events as part of their professional development.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales & technical support via phone & email
  • Solar pump system design, sizing and quotation using Lorentz's proprietary sizing programs
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to "solve the customers problem"
  • Assist dealers with part numbers, pricing, product selection & availability enquiries
  • Product installation, troubleshooting & diagnostic support
  • Sales order data entry/processing
  • Freight & logistics support
  • Warranty administration
  • Marketing and social media
