Job description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration professional to join our E-Core division. In this pivotal role, you will provide administrative and technical support to our Technical Team and Licensees, while helping coordinate inventory, testing activities, and customer support functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in making a positive impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Technical Team
- Assist with procurement, purchasing, and inventory coordination
- Support third-party fire testing administration (POs, job numbers, reconciliations, invoicing)
- Maintain materials and consumables for test doors
- Support Customer Service with enquiries and provide backup to Operations when required
YOUR SKILLS
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Team-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in procurement or manufacturing (advantageous, not essential)
- SAP experience (preferred, not essential)
A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
