The business sole company value is "treat the client's business as well as you'd treat your own." **Your new role** The Head of Paid Media is responsible for driving excellence across digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and more. The Head of Paid Media will lead a team of channel leads to drive change, excellence and best practice adoption within the Agency. - Lead the Paid Media Team to achieve client outcomes across the agency. - Work with teams to build best practices, structures & reporting. - Draw on external and primary research, testing and trends to build product roadmaps and excellence standards. - Build and test new products, betas, channels to drive greater client engagement and outcomes. - Work with client teams on Tier 1 client strategies across performance channels. - Participate and lead performance strategies and service pitches for existing and new clients. - Work with the data team to build consistent reporting structures and templates. - Champion the Agency as a leader in the industry through industry networking and thought leadership. - Develop agency skills, culture and confidence within this channel offering in line with business direction, supporting teams implement experiments and betas, reporting back to the business on their effectiveness. - Constantly seek efficiencies and improvements, championing the adoption of best in market channel practices for clients across teams. **What you'll need to succeed** - A strong level of understanding and hands-on skills in performance channels; particularly Google Ads & Meta. - An advanced ability to independently plan, strategise, and mobilise to achieve a project. - Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders. - Ability to get buy-in from teams to deliver a positive impact on Red Panda's accounts performance. - Ability to lead relationships with key agency media partners. - Strong leadership skills to inspire and lead a team. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to make data-driven decisions. - Highly-effective and confident internal and external stakeholder management skills; including the ability to plan and host client and staff workshops, training sessions, pitches and meetings. **What you need to do now** If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. 2828228
