
Administration Assistant

Due to growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced administration superstar to join our team.
Seeking a full-time office all-rounder to join our vibrant and friendly team.
Located in Thomastown, you will be joining a team who carry out the day-to-day functions of the office and provide support to our customers and field technicians each day.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally
- Raising purchase order numbers, booking jobs into the system
- Processing timesheets
- Invoicing
- General administration support including directing inbound calls, monitoring inboxes, inward and outward goods
**Experience and skills you will bring with you**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, efficiency and initiative when performing tasks
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
**Advantageous, **_although not essential_**
- Experience working for an electrical or construction company in a similar role
- Experience using simPRO or similar job management software
