**The Position**

An opportunity has become available for an Project Administrator to join a reputable and professional organisation located in Thomastown in a full-time permanent assignment.

**Key Responsibilities**

This role sits in an important area of the organisation, working with a team of collaborative and interesting people. Supporting both the Finacial Controller and Project Manager's, your role will include but not be limited to;
- Create new projects and update client details
- Diary management, coordinating meetings and schedules
- Raise purchase orders for job numbers and quotes
- Ensure compliance standards are being met
- Manage general permit requirements
- Generating agendas, collating/distributing documents/reports
- Collaborate with the projects team on contract details
- Assist with coding, banking, claims & budgets
- Managing expectations and daily work flow
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed

**Skills and Experience**
- Past experience with Project Administration & Civil Construction
- Experience in Claims & Insurance Documentation
- Ability to prioritise and take initiative
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
