**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role**:
- The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for the provision of the effective execution of appropriate sale and admission functions. In addition, the Client Service Coordinator is accountable for achieving maximum occupancy and Refundable Accommodation Deposits [RAD] sales, while providing support to the Client Services Team Leader and the GM Client Services.
**ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and the ability to interact with people and build ongoing relationships.
- A confident communicator with exceptional negotiation skills and computer literacy.
- Excellent time management skills and can manage conflicting priorities.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working conditions.
- Have an understanding of the requirements in contemporary aged care about the financial arrangements as defined in the Aged Care Act
- Demonstrate commitment to the objectives of the organisation and show considerable drive to achieve targets.
