Overview:
**As the Supervisor of Client Services, you will lead and develop a team of Account Coordinators who support Account Managers/Directors in providing support and administration to a range of Blackhawk Network clients.**

**This role will see you interacting with clients/stakeholders daily to ensure that campaigns and promotions are running effectively, whilst liaising with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.**

**This role will see you working from our Cremorne, Melbourne office two days per week, and the rest at your preference (onsite or virtual).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating an environment that fosters open communication
- Setting clear goals and objectives
- Overseeing day-to-day performance of the team
- Reporting on performance to clients and internal stakeholders
- Driving high performance
- Maintaining documentation of processes
- Effectively manage change
- Coaching, mentoring and developing your team
- Delivering on client and internal metrics
- Developing reports and analyse data for insights

Qualifications:

- You have experience leading a team and excel at decision-making and developing/enabling your direct reports
- You keep the customer experience in mind throughout all of your tasks and ensure your team is delivering exceptional customer and client service
- You are adept in problem-solving, and capable of thinking quickly even in urgent, critical situations, which ensures all decisions are in line with the big-picture goal/strategy
- Experience in a B2B Client Service or Consumer Customer Service (desirable)
