Client Relations Executive

A Bit About HeadBox

HeadBox is Australia's fastest-growing event tech company, on a mission to reinvent the way people plan and book events. We connect businesses with unique venues through our intuitive platform and cutting-edge software, creating seamless experiences from start to booking. Already a market leader in the UK, we launched in Australia in 2020 and have been growing rapidly ever since.

At HeadBox, our purpose is simple: we connect people and spaces to make brilliant things happen.

The idea was born out of frustration with outdated, time-consuming venue booking processes. Since then, we've been building technology that simplifies event planning for corporates, venue managers, and event organisers alike.

In 2020, Ali Lord, former Head of Events at Dentsu Aegis UK, brought HeadBox to Australia after seeing firsthand the power of our platform. Today, we're well-established in the Australian market and continuing to grow.

Now, we're looking for a driven and proactive Client Relations Executive to join our Melbourne team and help support our venue partners and be part of the next exciting phase of our growth.

The Role

We're looking for a proactive and personable Client Relations Executive to join our growing team. Based in Melbourne and working closely with our teams in Sydney and Melbourne, you'll play a vital role in supporting our venue partners across Australia.

Reporting to the Head of Client Relations, you'll work within our Host Team to ensure clients are onboarded effectively, supported consistently, and set up for long-term success with HeadBox. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role that blends account management, customer success, and operational support.

Responsibilities

Venue Engagement & Exposure

Work with our Sales & Marketing teams to ensure venues are promoted across key HeadBox channels, including blogs, email campaigns, social media, and our platform.

Client Onboarding

Guide new venue partners through our onboarding process - educating them on our tech, setting expectations, and equipping them for success.

3D Venue Shoots & Edits

Coordinate 3D model shoots by briefing clients, collecting pre-shoot information, scheduling professional photographers, making edits and delivering a fantastic final product.

Ongoing Client Success

Serve as the primary point of contact for your venue partners, ensuring they are trained, supported, and maximising the value of HeadBox products.

Renewals & Retention

Manage subscription renewals and hit key targets around revenue and client retention. You'll proactively identify opportunities to upsell or improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

Highly Organised

You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders - and you know how to keep things moving.

Clear Communicator

You can confidently and professionally engage with senior stakeholders, adapting your communication style as needed.

Detail-Oriented

You take pride in your work and understand the importance of accuracy - especially when managing public-facing listings and 3D assets.

Team Player with a Great Attitude

You're collaborative, adaptable, and embody our core values: Brilliance, Integrity, Empathy, and Curiosity.
