**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented Organisational Change Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal leadership role in which you will support the team on a large technology transformation projects. You will:

- Liaise with clients and take a leading role on the programme to deliver sustainable organisational change
- Bring training and certification in a leading change methodology, which will be augmented with our own consulting methodologies
- Work with our Consulting Directors who will provide senior strategy and stakeholder alignment.

**About You**
You will be outcomes focused with a strong track record on execution. You will have the ability to work at pace, while also being capable of both taking direction and working well independently. You're also an excellent communicator with the ability to engage and build rapport at all levels including with c-suites.

You will also demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience delivering leading change and communications for large technology programmes
- Training and certification in a leading methodology such as Prosci, Kotter, Human Synergistic, etc;
- Experience working on ERP implementations (highly desirable);
- A hands-on and detail-focused approach, with experience running and facilitating workshops, writing communications and supporting training;
- Strong general consultancy capability and experience across:

- ERP transformation;
- vendor engagement;
- documentation and business process design;
- best practices;
- business case development; and
- change strategy.
- Strong client facing skills and the ability to engage effectively with C suites down through to frontline staff;
- An ability to draw out and understand the ‘why’;
- Ability to effectively lead, monitor and coach junior team members to help them strive and achieve great outcomes
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills that leads to positive influence, impact and results
- Self-starter who demonstrates ownership, accountability and growth mindset
