Organisational Change Manager

We have a **two year + **contract available for either Brisbane or Canberra locations for an Organisational Change Manager for a Federal Government Agency.
They seek someone to assist in the delivery of quality training, change and communication, to support the adoption of and transition to new systems, processes and procedures required for successful outcomes.
Now the detail but what you no doubt do so wellYou will:
- Create actionable deliverables for change management levers including, but not limited to: communication, stakeholder management, training and change management plans.
- Set up workshops and training, where required.
- Deliver training and workshops, where required.
- Consult with the Coordinator and Project Manager(s) to understand and specify change and communication needs for all projects
- Manage stakeholder engagements.
- Assess the change impact and complete change management assessments using required change templates.
- Review the project schedules to ensure artefacts required are being produced, integrate change and communication management activities into all project plans.
- Assist in benefits management - benefit workshops, benefit plans, benefit maps and profiles and define benefit owners.
- Develop all benefit artefacts using required templates and update all benefits in reporting tool.
- Work independent effectively or in a team environment (virtually and in person).
- Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other team members.
- Record and maintain files/information in accordance with AFP requirements.
**What they want**:
- At least 5-10 years’ experience in Change Management for ICT programs and projects.
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model, or another recognised Industry leader in the change space.
- Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and training.
- Familiarity with highly complex ICT program and project management approaches, tools and phases.
- Highly developed communication, liaison and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships across a range of stakeholders (both business and technical) and the ability to negotiate persuasively with relevant technical stakeholders.
- Ability to influence senior management and executives.
