Senior OCM Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support the successful delivery and adoption of a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This role will guide the organisation through a significant transformation, helping stakeholders transition to new business processes and technologies. The OCM Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the change is embraced, adopted, and sustained across all levels of the organisation.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies, stakeholder personas, and customer journey maps.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and build awareness, understanding, and support for the change initiative.
  • Monitor change progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to address resistance or emerging challenges.
  • Support and coordinate with the Change Advocacy Network and Transition Lead Network to ensure strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with project team members, including the Project Director, Workstream Leads, and Communications Specialist.
  • Proven experience in leading organisational change initiatives within large, complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work across all levels of an organisation and influence outcomes.
  • Experience supporting technology-driven change, particularly involving ECM or similar platforms.

What's on offer?

This contract is a 12-month contract with possible 2 x 12-month extension

Located in Carseldine with a Hybrid working arrangement.
