**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking a Change Manager to join NRI in Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis..
As a Change Manager in a Tech Consulting environment, this is fantastic opportunity to gain experience across multiple industry sectors such as in Banking/Finance, Retail, Energy, Utilities, and Government/Health.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilising experience in similar programs/organisations, determine the change management strategy that will most effectively support the technical change being executed.
- Formalising the tactical Change Management activities into a coherent stream of work, integrated into the master program schedule
- Executive Messaging, including preparing communications on behalf of the Program Sponsors
- Identifying and mitigating adoption risks
- Identifying areas of change resistance and resolving any underlying issues of uncertainty etc.
- Coordinating with other active programs to identify areas of change contention, change alignment etc, and to specifically work towards a coherent approach to organisational change alongside Change Management professionals embedded in these other programs.
**Required Skills**:
- Experience in creating and owning the change strategy & plans end to end.
- Experience building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.
- Experience of leading delivery of complex change projects
- Strong ability to challenge, influence, negotiate and innovate at a senior level and rapidly build trust with key stakeholders.
- Analytical and structured approach with critical thinking.
- Experience of delivering continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of change governance and the ability to deliver change across a large organisation.
- PROSCI cert would be advantageous
