**About Us**

Based in Redlands Bay, this wholesale manufacturer of shutter products who’s Head Office is in Sydney NSW and has an opportunity for a Sales Manager to manage the QLD customer base to drive revenue, meet customer expectations, and exceed agreed budgets.

Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you will promote the features and benefits of shutter products (timber, aluminium, or polymer) while being responsible for the planning and execution of the sales strategy, targeting accounts within the retail industry of window coverings.

You will have full autonomy of the Brisbane & Gold Coast territory as most of your time will be spent on the road with an emphasis on your ability to grow existing accounts, increase market share and develop new accounts.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with new and established customers
- Promote your products range of shutter products (timber, aluminium, or polymer)
- Achieve sales targets and KPI's while ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Implement and negotiate sales strategies to increase revenue in the regions
- Ensure ongoing & reliable customer satisfaction through time management
- Provide advice on competitors, market activity and industry trends

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Consult and engage at all levels of the business to build and develop appropriate solutions
- Negotiate, prepare, and present sales plans, strategies, and forecasting
- Create, meet, and exceed sales targets, with an emphasis on business growth
- Demonstrate experience in working with customers from inception through to delivery
- Attend industry and networking events or associated exhibitions

This role would suit a Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Sales Representative, Account Manager or Business Development Manager who enjoys traveling throughout Queensland.
