**Your New Role**:

- Provide exemplary social work service and leadership across but not limited to the surgical stream and VIDS.
- Provide compassionate and sensitive care to critical care consumers, including assessment, counselling, and support.
- Demonstrate your excellent communication strategies with patients, relatives, staff, and relevant services in order to provide appropriate services and information.
- Actively participate in Allied Health quality improvement initiatives and research.

**About You**:

- You have demonstrated acute hospital experience with a collaborative working style.
- You have excellent communication skills and a passion for continued professional development for yourself and others.
- You are a qualified Social Worker, eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers with at least 7 years’ experience.
- You value working with supportive and dedicated health professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
